  I suffered for over six months with pain, stiffness and discomfort from both shoulder blades right up into the neck especially first thing in the morning and through out the day every day. Finding myself very restricted looking left and right at times. Sick of taking anti inflammatory tablets for some peace and comfort in life I decided enough was enough and it was time to sort out this problem. I was very impressed with reviews from Eoin Everard physio solutions and made an appointment with Eoin. I was assessed and a given a programme with 5 simply exercises to carry out 3 times a week along with physio sessions with Eoin. I couldn't believe the improvement I had made after just 3 visits all pain and stiffness was gone, i couldnt recommend Eoin highly enough to anyone, his interest and passion for the work he does is a credit to him. Thanks Eoin for all your help.

  Delighted with treatment with Eoin, ongoing neck pain for few years, with 2 treatments feeling better than I've done in a long time. With a special programme catered to my needs, it's personal and not just business. Great!

  We can't speak high enough of Eoin. Our 14 year old son had been suffering with knee pain during swimming and running for a period of 18 months, we had take him to various consultants and had MRI done which showed nothing. We were at the stage where we thought he would have to give up swimming and at least the breast stroke. From the moment we contacted Eoin he was confident he could sort our son's knee problem and he did. We would highly recommend Eoin and are very grateful for all his help.

  Could not recommend Eoin highly enough. Not only was I provided with a clear and detailed screening result booklet with visual aids showing my weaknesses but he also provided me with a very well structured programme to improve my mobilty. It was obvious Eoin put a lot of work and thought into the causes and solutions of my injury, but also as an athlete himself he was able to list the problems I was having before I even told him. Brilliant service!

  I was experiencing severe back pain that was stopping me in my tracks after only a few minutes of rowing at a high intensity. Eoin methodically assessed my range of movement to diagnose the problem, expertly explained the physiology to me, and carried out a treatment that provided immediate relief and allowed me to resume training a few days later. A further session had me perfect and a plan in place to strengthen a couple of areas to prevent re-occurrence.
