  Our favourite of the 3 B&Bs we used on our recent trip to Ireland. Our host was helpful, welcoming, and friendly even by the high standards we had come to expect in Ireland (which is the friendliest country I have visited). The bedroom and ensuite shower room were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and served early enough for us to catch our flight in the morning. The B&B is within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, the sea, and Malahide Castle, and a short drive from Dublin Airport.

  This is a very nice place, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It is quite ideal for the last or several nights in a visit to Ireland if you are flying out as it is located 10 minutes drive from the airport.

  Malahide is a lovely B&B and Olive about the most friendly host you can imagine. Great breakfast. Close to Malahide Castle and a 30 min footwalk away from Malahide train station. We started there to Dublin and Howth.

  Wonderful stay HIGHLY recommend!! We LOVED every bit of our stay at Evergreen Bed and Breakfast in Ireland. My son aged 12 and I had the pleasure of staying at Olive and Henry’s B&B for 4 nights in July 2017. The B&B house is so beautiful, large, and immaculately clean with many fine touches. We arrived early and they kept our suitcases while we explored Malahide for the day. We arrived back to a beautiful room facing the extensive and beautifully landscaped backyard. We had double and single beds that were extremely comfortable. Olive cooks a wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of Irish breakfast foods. The have a sunroom in the living/eating area, and you are served on beautiful glassware with all the trimmings. She has a wide variety of teas and drinks to select from. Olive offered us a ride up to Malahide Castle so that we could walk through the castle grounds to the Malahide train (Dart) station and head into Dublin. Dublin is only a short train ride. Malahide is a beautiful seaside Irish village much quieter and relaxed than the hustle and bustle of tourists in Dublin so it was fun to spend the evenings in Malahide after a busy day in Dublin. Olive was an excellent host and we felt at home, comfortable and welcomed throughout our entire stay. She will provide any travel assistance you need and is of course a wealth of information about tourist activities. Our room was tidied and cleaned daily, as a single mom I felt spoiled for sure. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay!! My son was sad for 2 days after we left it was that great. We are hopeful that we will again be able to stay at Evergreen Bed and Breakfast one day.

  It's a home from home. You get a lovely welcome from your host who has a knowledge of local information. The rooms are very very clean and you get a good breakfast.
