  I worked here, salon has no customers, I was bringing the customers in, we would often be there all week and maybe get 1 customer. The lady who runs the shop (Wiola) with red hair is very unprofessional, she mixes bleach and colour together which is a recipe for broken hair, she uses cheap colour and does not mix it correctly so results are often not expected, she is not good with customer services, if you complain she will call you crazy when you leave, very rude service, she doesn't speak much English so I often translated for her, her work is super basic and not good quality, I quit because the salon wasn't very busty and because she has no passion for hairdressing at all, she just wants money. would defo not recommend, she HAS damaged peoples hair in the salon frequently when I was working there, and she always bad mouth's other salons which are of better standard and have been open A lot longer. She is very bad at cutting too, go at your own risk, you'll have uneven hair and/or a bob... She had me working illegally and told the tax people she worked different hours to what she does, she closes at 3pm most days because of no business. she also offers makeup services which she is not qualified to provide, and she has overpriced beauty services such as lipo and laser machines, which she doesnt use correctly either. very cheap services with very cheap products, I would often give my clients a great service using the best of what we had and she would go mad. owner of shop lives in Poland also, she tells people the boss comes in once a week but its not true... Brushes are not sterilised, nothing is sterilised, towels are washed ONCE A MONTH, reused every day as she would let them dry over the chairs, often pretty smelly.
