  The seating is good screen size nice. Staff are nice. Issues: People on phones or talking during movies staff don't monitor this. Has happened multiple times during movies. No butter for popcorn.

  Cinema doesn't seem to be managed very well as the seats and areas around them are filthy dirty. Also, there's always minimal staff so queues are inevitable. Still awaiting a call back on my list property too, not very happy.

  Excellent cinema with a good selection and plenty of screens. Online booking/ticket collection always works without fail and there is a counter with sweets/popcorn/drinks and the usual cinema food. Also offers beer and offers wine for some events. Normal screens are perfectly comfortable and always clean and the luxury screen has fantastic leather chairs with plenty of space. Highly recommend this as your cinema of choice in Galway.

  This is the best cinema in Galway. It is warm, has comfortable seats, good sound and nice staff. The food is a bit expensive but the nachos and cheese are nice. The popcorn is too salty. Toilets are clean and serviced regularly. There is plenty of parking underground. The last 2 times I checked the times online but didn't book online. There was no mention of the film being shown in the luxury screen. I only found out upon arrival and had to pay the luxury screen price as I didn't want to let the kids down. A bit annoying...

  Absolutely repulsive. Amazingly dirty. Will not be coming back. Very badly labelled cinemas; try finding #3. Does nobody have any standard of cleanliness in Ireland? This type of place is why people go to the movies less often.
