  I recently purchased some furniture from EZLiving (18th Nov 2017) received some of the items (one wall mirror is not in stock) on the 30th Nov 2017. One of the item received (a Douglas Coffee table) is clearly re-packed when arriving, which looks suspicious but I did accept the delivery. However, when I opened the box, I was totally shocked and speechless. The item is clearly being used. I can not believe such a scale furniture shop doing this to their valuable customer. I have attached images to show the condition of the item. Include the "not original package", many scratch marks and dirts. Contact their sales man and told to contact their customer service number. Rung the customer number and be told to send them an email with attaced images and they will evaluate and send out an engineer. Wrote them an email and now no one responds...... Now have to go to the small claim court.... This is my experience at EZLiving.....

  Bought 2 bedroom suites recently. Great help from David who listened to us and advised us what we needed. Very happy with the whole experience.
