  I dealt with Pat when trying to purchase a Trophy for a school sporting event. He was very helpful and offered to do the engraving also. The service was quick, pain free and great value for money.

  I'm so delighted with my fixed eternity ring. It looks better than when I bought it. Staff were excellent and thoughtful. Got a bracket fixed at the same time and am mad I didn't do it sooner. Great service, great price and would highly recommend Facets Jewellers to others.

  Liam Shannon the owner knew my partner over 30 years, he "designed" her ring for €1700 giving me a "great" deal. Turned out the diamond was an old earring stud of little value, set into a 9ct band meant to be 18ct. He refused a refund, said he offered €1000 store credit (not true) it sold at auction for €140 !
