::The worst 'medical centre' I have ever had the misfortune to attend. Today I wasted 40 minutes sitting in a waiting room, to then be told 'the doctor has gone home'. The most incompetent, rude, receptionists. This country wonder why mental health illnesses are on the rise and more people choose not to see the doctor. Well this is maybe one of the reasons. Train your 'professional staff' properly, you comlete degenerates.

::Nice people in reception, great organization, great attention. I hate going to medical centres or seeing the doctor in general, but everyone was really nice and professional here. I'm really happy I registered there and about the attention I had.

::Very happy with the consultation. Excellent approach, clearly on top of the matter and gave great confidence and advice. Can't recommend highly enough.

::I do not usually write bad reviews since we are all prone to making mistakes. However in this case I feel it is important to let other people know what is to be expected. My young toddler son is a patient at this clinic and seen a locums doctor. She did not bother to study his medical history and made a very vague diagnosis. After a week and no bettering of the ailment I called the practice reception and asked for a referral letter to see a specialist. I was told that it wasn't possible and that we needed to see the doctor again. However the condition was the same and the Doctor failed to diagnose or treat it the first time, making me lack in confidence in the doctors ability to diagnose. I was then called back by the Doctor and accused of being "abusive" (Doctors exact words used). Very unprofessional. I was simply being persistent and questioned the reason why the doctor couldn't refer us to a specialist. The doctor admitted that she had not checked my sons history before seeing him and upon being seen again they prescribed a prescription cream that should not have been applied to the area of his ailment and should have been last resorts. However it was the doctors first choice. I called the practice again and asked for a call back from the doctor who prescribed the cream (which again was another doctor). This is now more than three days ago and i have yet to receive the promised call. The clinic seems to be occupied with seeing as many patients as possible and issuing as many prescriptions as possible. In my opinion medicine should be practiced with strong values and emotion since our health is our most valuable asset and should certainly not be seen as a commercial venture.

::I am very happy with the excellent standard of care in this practice. This is particularly reassuring as a new parent. I was impressed with Dr Mac Eoin, who helped me carry my bags and was very considerate, patient and thorough when examining my little boy. I also think the nurses here are absolutely wonderful. So caring, attentive and very professional. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful too. I would have no problem recommending, especially to parents of young children.
