::The Top equipment rental gym in Kilkenny facility wise with free classes included in the membership which is my personal clincher. Inexpensive Monthly membership option available. Eamonn on reception is a top quality front of house person, way ahead of the other people on the desk. Quality Advice however can be sought out and the trainers James, Maire, Denise, Johnny and Sean are very experienced and knowledgeable. The Coaching system with James looks promising too! My feedback to have regular events on a monthly or bi monthly basis and hold seminars and nutrtion talks. Make them free for the membership or give the members a reduced fee and the public the full fee. Top class gym!
