  Highly recommended. I don't take my car anywhere else, used many times, fair price, checked for free many times. Great bunch of lads too.

  We had our car brought to First Stop when it broke down. We were told a part had to be replaced and it would cost €1,900. They told us if we went to a Nissan garage (it's a Nissan car) we would be charged more than double that, €4,000 for the same job. We agreed but the next day I rang a leading Nissan garage and spoke at length to a senior mechanic. He told me that in fact, the job would have cost only €1,400 to do through them, and it would only be that expensive if they used a genuine Nissan part, but that it would be much cheaper if they used a generic part like the one that First Stop intended using. However he was certain that replacing this would not have be necessary. He said in all his years he had never had to replace one of these parts (a DPF), and that usually they just removed and cleaned them which would only cost €200. I rang back First Stop and told them all this. They did a lot of back pedalling and reduced their price to €1,450.

  Was in last week whit my car i only had a half hour spair and needed 2 tyres and the alinment checked the guy behind the counter john looked after me and i was in and out in 25 mins verry happy customer would use again
