  This Management company is a joke along with the other companies that have being in and out or management over the last 3,4 years. I asked for an account of yearly payment breakdown so that I can see what I'm paying for every year, this is back in august last year. The management company wouldn't let me speak to any of the staff and I have been guaranteed an email with the breakdown of payment, still haven't gotten a reply. Nothing is done in the area, Walls are scrapped of paint and the area fixed haven't been done in years, yet I am meant to pay a lot of money and no repairs will be done? ... Gutters haven't been cleaned and everytime rain overflows my side wall is soaked .

  Fisher have decided to change the fob mechanism in our apartment block. Our landlord did not receive any notice so we have been left without access to our home. This company is appalling. No help from staff when we spoke to them.

  My roof tiles fell off back in April. I've sent countless emails and made phone calls and I'm still waiting on a response. Apparently it's too expensive to hire a cherry picker, meanwhile my roof is now leaking into my attic and I have a damp patch on my bathroom ceiling. All my fees are up to date. In my opinion it's,a health and safety issue as tiles are falling into my neighbours courtyard,a couple of years,ago pre fisher property one fell from the front and smashed my neighbours car window, thankfully no one was hurt, the old company had it fixed within 1 week! they have a duty of care to residents that they are not fulfilling at all.
