  Well, I like here. Staff friendly, helpful, give advice, smile. Lots equipment inside from bicycle till serious weights. Lots different class with assistance you can get personal trainer for additional cost. Gym, generally is not expensive if you compare with the prices aruound-from 25 per month if you annual member...32 Euro if you pay monthly. Very busy Monday's and Tuesday evening, not that busy over weekend. I doing workouts here almost three months, so I can assure that you will get everything you need-help, advise,motivation, programs etc....

  Absolute amazing gym!! Struggled for a few years with my weight loss and started this gym 3 months and I have to say I absolute love it! The staff are very friendly and always ever so helpful!.. Esspecially a young man named lee he always pushes me to my limits and great for advise with nutrition information and I've had amazing results because of himself and other staff members.. There's a wide range of facilitates in the gym which helped me also... The price is very affordable and would recommend this gym to everyone.. Thank you to everyone in this gym I praise yous so much to everyone i know :)

  Gymnasium (Gym): A room or building equipped for gymnastics, games and other physical activities. That's the definition of a gym and like all gyms it applies to Fit4less in Belgard Square, Tallaght. What sets Fit4less apart is the staff. I joined the gym in October. One of the Fitness Instructors signed me up. My first visit was five days later. I walked in and was greeted with a, 'Good morning Michael.' I was amazed he remembered my name. It's just a little thing but it's these little things that make the difference. I just wanted to use the exercise bike, shower and go. A couple of the staff asked me if I'd like some help but I was happy to do my own thing. They checked in with me a couple of times. In a very friendly manner, asking if I'd like to do a class. After a couple of weeks cycling and looking at my man boobs in the mirror I decided to ask the guys for some tips. Not only were they friendly but very professional and showed me the correct way to do what I had been doing wrong. Just little things once more but so helpful. When I eventually did a class I found it's not just the staff who are friendly but the other gym users, some of them offering me a few tips and words of encouragement. The gym is spotless. Here's another little thing, the shower cubicles are so spacious with lots of room to dry yourself. Most other gyms I went to involved walking back to the dressing area dripping water all over the place. Every morning there's a positive thinking message posted at the door. The whole experience has been extremely positive for me. Now when I shower, I look at the place where my man boobs used to be and am so glad I joined. Obviously I put the work in but it's such a pleasure to do it in such a friendly, professional environment and with expert instructors who take such a personal interest. In the interest of balance, there's no swimming pool. With a membership offer as little as 25 Euro ... Who cares! If you're thinking about joining a gym, this one is fantastic.

  Honestly can't recommend the gym enough. Price is so important and they've nailed it here for me and the staff and trainers are all so friendly and professional, but more importantly they're all very approachable.. I've often seen the staff around the local area and they're always very friendly, saying hello etc even when they're not working. A very positive environment too which helps a lot. 5 stars doesn't do it justice but it's all I've got to give!
