  We stopped here for a late lunch as part of a day tour to Glendalough from Dublin. Lovely little Irish pub in the town of Avoca - I opted for the Irish Stew which was perfect to warm up after a cold day walking around Lough Tay.

  They literally have the best food in Ireland. We ate all over Ireland and this place is the best we had. So yummy, very nice staff, and quick.

  Great local food for reasonable prices. The pub is large and clean with wifi, perfect for relaxing and resting after a long day. The pints are generous and the portions decent. You’ll find amazing desserts if you’re willing to pay a bit extra.
