::Nice product but not sure how it’s still in business. Very child or Pram unfriendly. Lady seems to always be on the phone when you go in. Feels as if you are interrupting her.

::Happy with product but customer service was awful! Firstly visited the shop in August with my 3 small children and shop smelt of cigarette smoke. Ordered a high bed online which arrived within the delivery time. When we opened the boxes though it was missing all the fittings for the bed part. Rang the shop and the lady didn't even offer an apology, I had to ask for one! Then when we started assembling it realised the bottom rung of the ladder was the wrong piece and waited 3 months for this to be delivered! I felt we should have been offered compensation for the inconvenience and suggested this in 2 emails both of which were ignored!

::They have nice beds for toddlers, however the delivery time is over 5 WEEKS! Although on their website they advertise delivery within 7-10 working days, so untrue.
