  Punctual but overcrowding at peak times, the driver needs to tell passengers to move away from door and make space, everyone crowds at the door not allowing anyone on and there is plenty of in used space, also I've not been able to get off in time to get off at chosen Luas station this is becoming a problem and the theives & pickpockets are using it as a way to be on top off you get into your bags phones etc. There is not enough ventilation the lil Windows and a very very light bit of cool air comes out in on spot. I'm epileptic and lack of air overheating is a trigger, Something needs to be done about it as it's going on too long and also you're losing out on customers because the door way area is so crowded like me just choose to walk especially in summer, drivers are helpful and polite some of the security can bee ott I've seen them acting very unprofessional cursing and not listening to a passenger.Other than what stated it's a great handy& quick transport across the city and further.
