  Love this place, 8th or 9th visit. Spotless, welcoming. Spacious rooms, great en suites. A few miles from Athlone in a peaceful location.

  Breda was above awesome! Her B&B was our first reservation of our two week stay. Got close at dusk at a nearby gas station. Called her for directions from there. She came to us and we followed her back to the B&B. Very nice for the first day in Ireland. Room, sitting room and breakfast all wonderful. She was very pleasant. She gave us great directions to our next location. Great start of our two week vacation.
