  Good Mini sales staff. Ask for George. Countryman found to our spec. Decent deal. Lovely coffee & patient with our many questions. Takes a little while to get extra leather fitted but that is done by separate fitter.

  Bought a used car there in 2016. Had a few warranty issues but that's not a reflection of dealership, but the car which is separate. Dealing with after sales or warranty dept is great, flexible on when to drop off or pick up car after hours. Loaner cars are no issue if needed. If I keep the same brand of car I'll have no hesitation dealing with them again

  Frank Keane BMW need to learn how to treat their customers with dignity and more professionalism. I bought a BMW that should have never left the garage with the few issues that it had. It was then returned a number of times to be fixed in which it was not, a waste of my time and patience. I had to request an apology from Joe McDonagh the aftersales director followed by another email from him suggesting that I seek another BMW dealer that can provide me with a better service. I would expect a better service from a back street car dealer!
