  I had a bad experience however that's not to say everyone else will. The silver lining is, that it's opened my eyes to other car brands after 20 years of VW.

  It was my first time experiencing buying from a proper car dealership. Bought a 151 Vw polo and hands down the manner and service in which frank Keane has to offer is incredible. Had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Byrne and has been extremely good even when the car came of a slight issue. Despite having an issue with the car the service department are always extremely welcoming and mannerly. Always have a solution and work to the quickest of their ability. From personal experience I feel Vicky and Garreth from the service department deserve a notice for the service which they have given me in the first couple of months of dealing through frank keane. When it is time to upgrade my car again in a couple of years I will for certain be returning to this dealership - was an amazing experience Thank you Frank Keane
