  I had a Groupon voucher for a checkup and clean, after which I was told that I needed a filling, even though I felt no pain. I was leaving for America in a few weeks so I didn't want to have this hanging over me in the States so I said I'd get this done now (in May 2017) before I left. The procedure was fine but then in the next few days I had sensitivity in the tooth that "needed" the filling. I organized another appointment to get it looked at. I was then told that the filling I "needed" was minimal in the first place (so I could have done without it). The dentist this time around, who was different from the one before, couldn't see why I was in pain and assured me that it would be gone in a few months. Well it has been almost 6 months and I still have sensitivity in this tooth and it is quite sore drinking hot and cold food, drink etc. I am giving Freedom Dental 1/5 because I had no pain before this filling I "needed" and now I have strong sensitivity in the filled tooth.

  I went there last year to get a filling. I still have it and while its not the best job you can imagine, its nit bad as well. However the dentist should really learn some manners. She is rude and very unpleasant person, and this is the reason Ill never go back there. For the prices they are on,y slightly lower than competition, so for me not worth dealing with rude people.

  My treatment took 10min. Disrespecful Have exactely the same experience. Book the appointment was not a problem. Did wait any longer to be called however my treatment that should be a Full consultation...Scale and Polish took only 10min. The dentist did not asked me one single question did just scale few teeth and when I in shock asked about the only 10min consultation ...the dentist told me they could not do anything else. Felt completly desrespected as a customer. At the reception I checked again the information on my voucher and asked the recepcionista about the destista fast speed service...the receptionist explains that a consultation normally takes 35min but if the dentist was happy with the 10min. That s all. Left the place completly in shock. My money has been refunded by Groupon after I report the situation. Never again Visited in July 2017. Posted on 19 July 2017

  Very friendly and professional service. Conveniently located on O'Connell Street, I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Susan makes you feel at ease while having dental treatment. Prices are also very good compared to other dentists in Dublin.
