  One of the best preserved in the entire country. The original bell is said to be at the bottom of the nearby River Black, who really knows? Such sites are best appreciated later in the evening when such monastic sites really come alive. The original fish tank is still there and the central cloisters area is in wonderful condition.

  Monastère franciscain en ruines, perdu au milieu de la campagne. Très surprenant, pas d'explications sur les différentes pièces du monastère, mais la découverte se fait alors seul. Insolite et plein de charme, petite visite en une demi-heure.

  Wonderful surprise....found this place by chance just driving around looking for old churches and cemeteries. Definitely worth the drive and spending at least an hour or two here. Beautiful location as well. Lots of history about this place online.
