  Very poor service. I had a VHS transferred to digital. Nobody called to say it was ready. I had to call in four times to get it transferred onto a stick. Then they didn't give me the DVD I'd paid for. One woman was very decent and helpful but the two or three hipstery guys I dealt with all acted as if they were too good for their jobs. It's very expensive too, and it stinks of pot pourri (but that's a personal observation rather than a professional complaint)
