  Very friendly place! Have a nice collection of books, a little bit about everything. Is a great place to seat and study. You can also have a individual cabins to study with your friends. The location is great, very near the city historical center.

  Venho muito aqui para trabalhar, super sussegado, gratuito, quieto, o pessoal é muito atencioso, tem banheiros e o principal, muitos livros bons pra treinar a leitura em inglês.

  The best and most helpful staff ever. They go out of their way to assist people and it would be dreadful if library's were to be made staffless. There are many reasons people frequent librarys and it's not just to get books. Each and every person in the Galway is a winner. Thankyou all.

  The new fine system is desperately bad. Living no where near a library isn't being penalised enough in itself. Staff are great and friendly, but disappointed to find that one child's card didn't get updated and now a massive fine. Was also told I would get emails when due...but wasn't told i needed to set this up. 3 weeks check out is not enough...hard to remember dates when dyslexic...or busy. It should be a month to make it more user-friendly. Also really hard to use the on-line check-in...took me ages to see where to put number.
