  Lovely cosy cottages. Great place to explore the Barna coast and for example Connemara. Outside there is a cute and high quality children's playground.

  We stayed in one of the dog friendly cottages for 4 nights in February 2018. We had a ball. Dan & Sarah (who own the cottages) are lovely and very accommodating. The location is excellent, right outside Barna village. A large Supervalu 1 min drive away or short walk. About 5 minutes drive from Salthill, and 10-15 mins from Galway city so very accessible to everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby - Barna woods, Silver Strand Beach. The cottage itself was lovely and cosy. We will definitely be back for a visit in the summer :)

  Nous sommes venus en famille, 28 personnes, pour 4 jours et nous avons trouvé l'endroit très bien situé et facile d'accès. L'hôte, Dan, a été très attentif à notre bien être et parle couramment le français ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Les gîtes sont modernes et propres, avec douches électriques et Wifi, cependant les douches manquent de pression. Barna est un joli village à la sortie de la ville de Galway et aux portes du Connemara. Nous recommendons fortement cet endroit.

  Excellent few days in this child and dog friendly location. Friendly helpful staff and everything you need in easy walking distance.

  We spent 2 weeks here in Sept 2017 with our two small children and it was a great location, not least because of the playground right outside our door. Dan and Sarah are fantastic, a mine of local information and respond to all requests very speedily. Would highly recommend.
