  Don’t waste your time or money. Send an email and let the post office die. I put in €13.50 for a book of international stamps. It happily took my money, then said out of order when I pressed the button for stamps. So I cancelled the order and it gave me 50 cents back.

  I have always found the staff in the Newcastle office to be friendly and efficient
