::This place is a disaster. After years of ineptitude they finally implemented an online system last year. All this does is stop the unnecessary queuing at 4am to get a number. Now the system is so overburdened that it takes forever to get an appointment (4 months!) and then the employees there ask you why you didn’t come in sooner. Easily expect 2 hours here but after my last experience don’t be surprised if it takes 6....

::I read the reviews on here and knew that I should expect to spend 2 hours here. I was pleasantly surprised when it only took 1 hour 50 minutes. The staff were pleasant, there was plenty of seating, and even a station to grab a drink of water. Although I would recommend going to the toilet before you arrive.
