  Excellent work. Very professional. Good communication. He didn't have the part at first when he was inspecting the wash machine but got the new part and fixed the wash machine following day. Sorry for the late review and thanks for fixing it.

  Contacted Gerry, told him machine, he called out " I don't have parts for that, phone hotpoint" in & out of house within minute.
