  Great surgery, it was my first time going so I made an appointment, gave them my details once I arrived and I was seen too by a doctor almost instantly. Very professional service and well looked after.

  Had terrible experience at this practice since getting pregnant. If on shared pregnancy care each person is entitled to 5 visits. I only had 3 so far (and I am almost full term) I was turned away for one(10mins before the appointment) charged for another and on my last visit charged extra for 'consultation' which was 100% pregnancy related. The reception staff so abrupt, as far as they concerned once the doctor adds the charge, you have no choice but to pay it. Really taking advantage of the whole scheme! Getting full gov funding for providing half the pregnancy care and charging customers on top of that! Feel that this practice is about making money and certainly not the wellbeing of it's patients!
