  Dear Sandra Finnegan, I would like to tell you how impressed I am with Catherine. I recently booked trips to London and New York and Catherine provide me with a level of help that is highly impressive. She went to so much trouble to make sure that we got the best prices, the best flights and is still helping us to decide our activities while we are in New York.
