    Some fairly serious effort going into the overall restaurant experience here but too much of the food was underwhelming, for this price. The starters were quite basic, scallops not as tender as you would expect and a strange profusion of...nuts and seeds. Mains were an improvement but again something strange going on (this time with a bitter sauce for the fish). Descriptions of dishes on the menu are unnecessarily cryptic and not very clear in some cases. There's a bit of a hard sell for the drinks going at start before drinks menu is even presented. Interior design is excellent. But bottom line is that for this price range there are several places in Dublin we'd rather go for (such as Chapter One, Amuse, Greenhouse - these really pull off a classy experience). The business with requiring full credit card details at booking stage is pretty off putting.

    Had a fantastic dining experience at Glovers Alley, I sampled some food from both the a la carte and tasting menu and both were delicious! Staff were extremely attentive and the service was impeccable. Can't wait to go back!

    Top notch food and service, definitely one of the best restaurants in Dublin. Cool dining room too. Michelin star quality no doubt.

    Loved everything! Great atmosphere and service. Exceptional food. Tasting menu was very balanced and wine pairings - a surprise and delight.
