  The standard of administration for external candidates is shocking. Emails sent are never replied to, no acknowledgement of receipt of registration forms (unless you specifically ring to enquire after the status of your application); considering the amount of money that must be paid in order to sit the examinations, surely this must already include a generous administration fee to cover the costs of processing the forms?? Is there a deficit of administration staff in your employ inequipped to handle the volume of incoming paperwork?? Very inefficient process and appalling customer service.

  Great facilities, wonderful attention, modern surroundings, helpful staff, numerous activities, something for everyone of all all levels of language ability! Well done! Top class!

  It is a very welcoming place, and I actually do not know a whole lot about the Goethe Institut. I know, however, that they have a resident choir, that any common mortal can join. They will start in September, and for what I know, it is one of the best choirs in Dublin
