::DISGUSTING DISGUSTING delivery service and customer service from the restaurant!!!! I placed an order at 10:32 PM on January 27th, 2018. Food was to get here at 11:05PM. At 11:29PM, I ring the restaurant for updates to be told that they have to double-check with the driver. They ring back to say that the delivery guy left my order with a MAN at the other house in the compound (which has a slightly different address than my house). The lady tells me to go ask to people leaving in the other house. I make my way over to the other house to find out a brown paper bag sitting outside of the house with what appears to be my order from the smell of it. As I open the bag, I find HALF of my order in it with spoiled leftovers - only the soup seemed to be untouched but God knows what could have been put in there. I ring the restaurant back to let them know what went down. They have the driver calling me back. I made it to the restaurant half an hour before they close with the order I found at the other house. I asked the person with me to start recording the conversation at the restaurant. The lady I had spoken to earlier told me she was uncomfortable with us recording their faces and I agreed that these images would not be used on the web or elsewhere. Now because I knew they would get an attitude, I came prepared. The young lady went in the kitchen to get one of the cooks. From where I was standing, I could see some of them smiling and laughing while looking at me. When she came back with the cook, I kept demanding my refund and kept telling the lady that the driver delivered my food to the wrong house. I asked them to let me talk to the driver but obviously, the latter was "already at home" according to the lady. I kept demanding a refund until I was promised one that would come at SOME point in the next "few days". Neither the cook, "Mr. Y" nor the lady, "Ms. C" gave me the written confirmation I asked for. I left their disgusting order at their counter and left. I rang JustEat to make sure my refund was getting processed only to find out that nothing was on the way. The lady quickly found my order and probably got some notes on my previous chat that night regarding this order. She asked me what my address is and I simply answered, pointing where the driver got it wrong. She informed me that my order wouldnve cancelled and that I would get refunded within 3 to 5 days. Now because my order was cancelled, I will most likely not receive a survey but I thought that I would share my experience on Facebook. Feel free to share this post. P.S: The order I placed cost me very little (not even up to 15€) and I probably would have let slide like I do in 99% of the time with restaurants. HOWEVER, I felt it was not right to be blamed for a mistake THEY made. It was not right of them to treat the customer that I am (was) in such manner. IT IS MY RIGHT to share my poor experience with this restaurant and I am happy to share. Will defo take my business somewhere else :

::Never again, I had to pay up front for a bag of chips at 4.15pm . The chips were of the frozen precut type, very small portion, in a single bag. They went cold and soggy very quickly
