  Really impressive business in Dublin 2. Staff are supremely helpful and knowledgeable and go about their work in a calm and unruffled manner and better again, they are all bursting with enthusiasm about eBikes. At the very least , you gotta go and take one of their beauties for a test ride. This is the future so go and sample it!!! I have been hooked every since...And the team even boxed up my new bike for a plane journey that i took that afternoon!!

  I bought my electric bike here just under two months ago and I do not regret my decision one bit! I shopped around different ebike stores before settling on Greenaer. The staff are just absolutely brilliant here and are passionate about what they do. Aurel answered all of my questions patiently and was so helpful. Bikes are not exactly cheap, and It can be a bit intimidating making such a big purchase, so it was good to deal with staff that are genuine and not just dealing with you to make money. They were in no way pushy and that helped seal the deal for me! Aftercare service has been spot-on too! I would have no problem recommending Greenaer to anyone looking for a good quality ebike that comes with excellent service and advice.

  Very quick and helpful response when filling in their questionnaire on the type of bike, with some great recommendations, exactly what I'm looking for. Great customer service.

  Do not buy spares from this company. They sold me a defective tube which clearly had marks and scratches on it left on it by the press that connects the valve to the tube. When I pointed this out to the sales person they agreed but said that they would not do anything about it. It was returned in the packaging in which it was sold. They do not stand behind their products. Go elsewhere.
