  Appalling service - they make it very difficult to pay your account after hours....not many people can make calls during office hours. Eventually got hold of someone today who told me their online system has been down for a week which inferred that their after hours phone system was down as well!!?? The greenstar website is not user friendly either. I have never found it so difficult to hand over my money!! Also, bins are not collected on occassion.

  Sick of constant non collected bins. Ages ago was good company now very poor service

  Very bad service , not happy with them at all !!! Constantly "leaving " full bins , and only collecting them at their convenience ! Thinking seriously of changing services !

  Terrible service, appalling customer service, they leave the bins strewn all over the road and on top of all that they close their office at five even though it says six on their google id. We’re switching obviously...one word describes this company in a nutshell and it rhymes with Brit!..do not use if you value your time or actually want your bins collected!

  I feel 1 star is being kind to this company! 2 long years of an inadequate service. I'm based in Cork and our bins were constantly left uncollected, excuse after excuse given and managers that never called to explain! I still have no idea as to why the service was so appalling. I've just cancelled the service and I will NEVER be a green star customer again!
