  I have been using Graham and his team to manage a number of properties over the last few years. I was always reluctent to use a third party to let and manage my properties but I can safely say it was the best decision I could have made. Graham quickly lets my properties when needed and most importantly always gets the perfect tenants. Since using Haden Properties I never need to take phone calls or deal with the problems that comes with being a landlord - Graham looks after everything. I would whole-heartedly recommend using Haden Propertiesfor all of your property letting / management.

  As a tenant of an apartment managed by Haden Properties for the last 4 years, I can safely say that they have always been very helpful and quick to react if we've had any problems or questions about the property. Graham and his team are friendly, trustworthy and focused. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone in need of quality property management.

  We recently had a house to let and Graham let it quickly and and sorted everything out. He foresaw all the potential hiccups and took care of everything - maximising our available rental time and cutting out wasted viewings, time and cost. If you have a property to let - I'd definitely recommend Graham and Haden - he's a pro and unlike other letting agents I've worked with, is super efficient and really respects your time.   We first used Haden Properties in 2009 to let an apartment and have been with them ever since. Graham and his team are always very efficient and very professional in terms of managing the tenants and always seem to go the extra mile when a problem occurs. We haven't had any problems with tenants - its almost like Graham has a sixth sense! I could recommend Haden highly enough.
