  Awful place to shop, no one available to help or advise, rarely someone at the till. Wait to be served for up to 5 mins. Avoid at all costs.

  Is good value with good offers from time to time.Very good for car enthusiast.Cyclists also catered for.

  If I could of put 0 I would of. I ordered a bike yesterday Monday 22nd which was supposed to be available for collection today 23rd. I received a call to say that my order wouldn't be ready on Thursday 25th like it was supposed to be. To which I replied that my order was supposed to be ready today Tuesday 23rd. I had intended to go and collect it straight work today, and use it for my commute to work. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to Joanne, was very rude and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. Even after I told her that I was currently looking at the confirmation email with the collection date indicated on it. She insisted that I was wrong, and that she would show it to me when I came in. What is the point in giving a customer a date to pick up their product if they aren't going to honour it? Terrible customer service, I cancelled my reservation and I won't be returning. I would rather travel further in the hopes of getting a good service. I have attached my copy of the email stating the collection date and time.
