  Came in to have my bike's chain looked at last week. Thought I'd have to leave it with them for 2 days and collect it later. Jackie did it on the spot, free of charge. Came in again today with a puncture with the intention of getting it fixed and buying a bike lock, tyre levers, inner tubes and a bike computer. Fantastic advice given from Coree about all products. He set up my bike computer for me and showed me how to put my back wheel back on as I was having difficulties with that. Overall: friendly, qualified, laid-back staff and exceptional range of products available. Can't fault them in any way! 5 stars all day!

  I recently picked up a bike from Dave, (I think that was his name). He was so nice and helpful and really was excellent at his job. I also had to speak to someone in customer services and they were also really nice and helpful. I never do reviews but my experience in Halfords was so positive. Excellent service and great value for money.

  The staff are very helpfull and know their stuff explain different items and prices explain about warrenty bought a sat nav from john walked me through all the different types and prices excellent

  Great shopping experience. Staff are really nice and funny. I know it’s seems strange for staff to be funny but they just seem to have a great sense of humor and that’s what brings me back to halfords all the time.

  Found the staff here top notch. Always willing to help but at the same time they seem very very understaffed. I often visit on the weekend buto occasionally weekdays. The new store manager is there years good to see inward promotion. Don't think I could wear shorts all year around though :)
