  Waited an hour and a half for assistance. When I rang again I was told they were at the top of my road (less than a minute away) and they arrived 25 minutes later which is the time it would take to get from their premises.

  If it was possible to give 10 stars to Ann and her staff I would. On thursday night I was flying out late from Dublin to Luton and Ryanair flight was delayed and hour. I knew that the rental office would be closed on my arrival. I contacted Ann and the first thing she said was don't panic and she contacted the car rental personal in Luton and convinced them to stay. She tracked our flight and kept the staff updated as to our location and when I landed I had a txt saying all was sorted. I couldn't recommend highly enough and their professionalism from start to finish is second to none.

  Once in a while you meet people who restore your faith in a profession where unfortunately honesty is not always the main priority. Our car broke down on the Mullingar by-pass and Dacia assistance arranged for us to be picked up by Hamills. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and transparent. Rare qualities in the motor industry. Thank you for top service in these stressful circumstances!
