  Lovely hotel and all the staff bar 1 was so so nice and helpful. We came in late after being at a nightclub and the night porter made us stand out in the rain while he checked our names 1 by 1 on his sheet. I made quite a fuss and had to barge in as was freezing and thought he was carrying on ridiculously then he tried to say I wasn't staying in my room. Very unprofessional and very bad attitude we were so angry being treated like that. Plus breakfast was bit of a let down also

  Nice friendly hotel. Looks a bit bleak on the outside but is pretty decent on the inside. The rooms a bit outdated and tired but are comfortable large and warm. The bar food is really good with some fantastic choices and breakfasts are good. Staff are very friendly and helpful

  There attention to detail is Amazing very friendly staff and what it lacks compared to bigger hotels it makes up for in every other way. Food is always very good too

  Hotel lovely. Staff polite and friendly. Food good. Rooms clean and nice although no air con so a bit too warm at night. Reasonably priced room. All in all an 8/10 Hotel.
