  Escalier pour penetrer dans l'hôtel, personne pour vous aider à porter vos bagages. Accueil charmant par une jeune stagiaire, épaulée par un employé "suffisant"! Chambre spacieuse et jolie, sommier à changer, pas de double vitrage, bruit de rue.

  Not a bad place, however, two stars are appropriate. This is not a Hilton or Marriott by no means. My disappointment comes from their inability to heat the rooms and the water. There is a heater in the room, however it is not sufficient for the size of the room and poor insulation. The room was cold. It takes 28 min of running the water through the faucet for the hot water to become available. I almost missed my flight because of having to wait for the hot water. The facility is really just one star, the staff was pretty friendly so they get two stars from me.

  This hotel is beautiful and plush, with great atmosphere, attention to detail., friendly staff and great location. Loved every minute of it.. Can not fault them, nothing was too much trouble and the food was outstanding with generous size portions. Worth every star. I will be a returning customer.

  Reception was great, place was a little bit of a maze trying to find the room but OK in the end. King bed was actually 2 singles pushed together which was very uncomfortable and utterly pointless as if you tried to sleep in the middle it meant you were lying on the joint between the mattresses. My room was at the front of the hotel and with the main road running past was incredibly noisy all through the night, as were some of the other guests. Evening meal was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't bad although could use a bit more choice. TL;DR Good food, good service, terrible night's sleep.
