  Just went in with my daughter today, she was showing me a suite that her friend had bought 😆 Met this lovely sales person Denise, & she sold me a beautiful two seater suite 😄 I had no intention of buying anything, but so glad I did 😀😁 love Harvey Norman 😉

  I bought a pair of headphones but they weren't in stock. Was told that they'll be ordered and they'll ring me in a few days when they have them in stock. 10 days later without any calls I decided to give them a call myself. The person on the phone told me that she'll check the stock and ring me back in 5 minutes. No phone call received again so after a number of hours I rang myself and the same person pretended she couldn't remember me. Then I was told that the headphones are ordered and will be in stock on Thursday. I decided to give them a quick ring on Thursday morning just in case they still don't have them to save myself a trip to the shop. This time they told me that they have them ready for collection. But when I arrived to collect them, I was told that they actually don't have them in stock and it would take another week or longer! IIwas given a refund but that's not how business is done! I used Harvey Norman many times prior to this but I'll be avoiding them from now on. Thank you for wasting my time!

  Could not have had a more positive experience. Manager of the sofa etc section was an employee to value. Explained everything clearly and no rushing us although store was busy. Bought lovely 100% real leather sofa and chairs.

  Quick friendly service with fairly knowledgeable staff, and when he didn't know the answer he went and got somebody who could answer. The store was well laid out and although stock was getting low, they still carried enough. After pointing out a cheaper online price, they matched immediately.

  Awful experience. Ordered cooker online which was on back order. Rang about three weeks after order to be told the cooker wouldn't be in until mid January so alternative was offered. It was to be in store on a Thursday. I went to collect it on Thursday and was told it wasn't delivered yet would be there on Saturday morning. I went there Sat after lunch to be told it was just a minute away so I waited an hour. I was then told it was on the motorway from swords and would be there in half an hour. I waited for another hour and was then told that it was just leaving the Swords branch. The following afternoon I received a text to say it arrived so at last I was able to collect it. I think after all the hassle they should at least have offered to deliver it to me.
