  Healthpro helped me to start running & more importantly to keep fit & eat healthier. The run groups are great & you meet some really nice people too who help you when you are struggling to keep up. Would highly recommend.

  I would highly recommend Healthpro. The help, advice and support I received while training for my first marathon was totally amazing. My programme was specially designed for me and included everything I needed to know including a nutritional plan, a fuel plan for my training sessions and a fuel plan for the big day. 5 weeks out from Marathon day I had an accident and within hours a physio appointment was sorted, my training program had been adjusted and I was on the road to recovery. Thanks to Healthpro training for my first marathon became one very exciting journey and once I crossed that finish line I knew this was going to be the first of many.... I'm now currently training for my first half ironman 😊
