  They didn't have the part I needed but that didn't stop them taking 5 - 10 minutes to talk through exactly what would sort my problem and then give me a couple of other suppliers to try the first of which had what I needed. Couldn't have been more helpful even knowing they wouldn't make a sale, I'll be back the next time I need something plumbing related to give them my business.
