  I purchased radiators and a log burning stove from here approx 2 years ago. A few months ago the radiator was leaking and although the repair person stated that the fault was almost certainly there from the start I had to pay a plumber to take it off the wall and put it back afterwards. Two months ago the fire brick in the stove broke and I am still waiting to have it repaired. Despite numerous phone calls, no one calls me back. The level of after sales service is appalling
