::Second year here and the kids love it. Loads to do,amusements, waterworld ,carnival and right beside the beach . Well worth the trip. Food in hotel absolutely gorgeous and the kids club brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

::When placing reservation, asked for a double room with 2 single beds and advised that one of us was disabled. We were told that there wouldn't be a problem. We booked in but on seeing the room, it was NOT what we had booked. Double room with double bed, not enough room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. Top floor and room furthest from the lifts. Only small window windows. Only 1 of the 3 actually opened. Definitely not what we were expecting or what we paid for. The "spa facilities " weren't in the hotel but backed onto the rear of the hotel but also was open to the public. A small fee would buy an all day pass. Definitely wouldn't recommend

::Good stay, spotless rooms etc well kept, we had a weekend here most of the staff were friendly. And the reception staff were very good. The food is good most of the time. This hotel is in a good area close to everything!!! I got a weekend deal and to be fair it was good value. Our massage was excellent. We would stay here again if in the area.

::We were there for a 2 day break. Central location. Music every night. Food good and staff friendly. Owner came round tables and wished every well. Would recommend.

::Just home from a few day in this amazing hotel beautiful clean room the staff from house keeping to the receptionist we all so good and couldn't do enough for you I'm already looking forward to the next time and nearly forgot the food was beautiful would highly recommend this Hotel for a fantastic time away. Thank you so much yous all made our time so much more enjoyable x
