  I would agree, they are the most arrogant, awful, and most disrespectful people I have encountered! To work there you must hate and dislike people! I really can not understand why they are still in business! Staff wanted....A priority....You must entirely hate people and be rude, and absolutely disrespectful. Do not apply.....if you are kind, nice and caring! BTW.... The ‘people’ that give them ‘5 stars’ most likely work there! Zero Stars!!

  Avoiding this agency. They discriminate people by requesting documents which they know is not possible to get. They will convince you they got documents before, if you ask them which authority issued them the letter , they replied that they cannot disclose. This is basically because they are lying about getting the document. All local authorities know them with their scam. But one day they’ll be caught up in their mess. so generally they are liars and scammers

  extremely unprofessional at all! Very poor communication! No chance to make any deal at all. Feel sry for all the buyers ,renters and seller to having business with them.

  Absolutely shocking service from Hooke and Macdonald. The staff is so unfriendly! The management team doesn't even respond to my emails - our curtain and curtain railing fell from the roof, and has been down for over a week. I would not recommend getting caught up in a 1 year lease with this company.
