  There is one man there and he is so friendly. Goes out of his way to help. Other staff are not great to deal with. There should be smaller weighted balls made available on request.

  staff rude and unhelpful.especidlly to the kids. restrooms filthy.wouldn't return. this was a day out with my co workers and their kids.Funded by our employer. a lot of money was spent. none of us will return.thats down to the staff...very disappointing.

  Used the soft play upstairs during a rainy day visit to clonmel, kept the little ones entertained for about half an hour.
