  Booked an appointment with the personal shopper and couldn’t have been more disappointed. She was very unhelpful and borderline rude. I was so disappointed with the whole experience.

  I want to review House of Fraser delivery service which is totally unacceptable! 2 weeks delivery to Ireland!! No more purchases from this retailer..

  You can find big brands with really good price.

  Great selection of mens clothes, can often find really good value in their sales. Especially on the own brand housewares stuff (bed linen, towels etc.) where fashion is less of a concern. I did have a poor experience buying a gift for my wife though, some polices were not made clear at the till for what was clearly a gift for someone else.

  DISGUSTING customer service. The two people who tended to me and my husband when looking for pillows wouldn't let us try them and weren't really polite or nice and didn't offer other options but one. The first assistant was particularly rude.
