  Very rude receptionist, missing loads of appointments over an accident that happened off the grounds and more so horrible feelings of dread when having to go to reception to say that you have attended for your appointment. Wouldnt recommend attending if feeling suicidal as the receptionist would push anyone, mental health issue or not over the edge. Most of the doctors and phsychiatrists are nice, only thing that wouldnt be the best attribute of the phsychiatrist/doctors part is being made aware of suicidal thoughts are being bi passed and treated as its normal to have such thoughts. A part from the down right rudeness and harsh comments made by one of the receptionists on the front desk, this is a good mental health/HSE run facility.
