  I find this a very nice clinic. They are always helpful in working with me to find a date that suits us both. You can say that perhaps of a hairdressers or the like but this is a medical clinic and it is very busy. The staff are very welcoming. The lady on reception is very friendly and efficient and she always greets me by name instead of asking who or what I'm here for. And Peter is great too, regarding the suggestions and the treatments he carries out. You tell him your desired result and he immediately knows what to use to work for you. Other times you know yourself what you want and he never tries to convince you otherwise. This has been my experience with other practitioners that I have gone to before and it is completely off putting and the reason I've left them and use the services of Peter now. Part of what is also wonderful about being his customer is that he is always happy and helpful. We all have bad days but he is professional enough that he never brings his worries to work. And never ever does he ever talk over you. He listens intently to what you want. He never pushes products down your throat. He is a great asset to Hylagen. Along with their competitive prices, I can't see myself ever changing. Newry is also a lovely town with some of the most friendly people I've ever come across and it becomes a lovely day out with the amount of shops that are there.
