::Horrible horrible service. For a commuter train in a capital this is absolutely unheard of service. Ticket machines not working, inconsistencies with fining, delayed services, and time between each train is absolutely crazy. To think that so many people have no choice but to use this sorry excuse for a company is sad. I am writing this on a platform waiting for my train since a signal fault has shut down the normal operating hours. If this happens occasionally, fine. If this happens consistently, as is the case with irish rail, there is no excuse. They should fix these issues. I CANNOT recommend. Public transportation in Dublin is a joke.
