::Being new to hot yoga I was welcomed into the class and made to feel very comfortable. The instructors are A1 and the other people attending classes very nice. It is a lovely relaxing environment and a great place to be able to escape to during lunch break. No pressure is put on you and you are encouraged to go as far as you can with no judgement. My 30 day trial run is up but Iām staying on! Recommend you try it out.

::Great place for beginners. The instructor was so nice and helpful. You don't feel at all uncomfortable if you can't do the moves. Will be continuing with these guys for sure. šš
